At Mālama Yoga & Nature-Based Therapy, our mission is to guide children, families, and caregivers to love and take care of the ʻāina (land), their kaiāulu (community), and kino (themselves) using a strengths-based and whole child approach through the incorporation of aspects from yoga, occupational therapy, and the integration of nature as our playground and classroom. Our highly trained staff is dedicated to supporting families holistically, taking into account body, mind, spirit, and our connection to the world in which we live, from mauka (mountain) to makai (sea). We are a diversity-affirming practice and strive to ensure the benefits of nature are accessible to all.
